Have you seen this sister? She hasn't posted on here yet! I almost forgot about her until I found this picture on my desktop!
Actually... I'm not so sure she has bangs anymore... Sister! Where are you?? We're forgotten what you look like!
*Note: she's not a missing child. We just want to hear from her!*

Shaved Legs and Ice Cream
I'm having a horrible week. DanMan has been staying at school for hours and hours (like no less than 4) trying to finish a project so I don't see him until like 9 or 10 at night. I was up until 1:30AM last night (which is pretty late for us married folk) finishing a paper. The first thing I find out this morning is that said paper wasn't due until Friday. (I literally almost cried... although a friend in the class said she was scared that I would bite her... Remember all those early mornings for seminary? I recall being a beast those mornings too.) I have a paper to edit, a presentation to put together, a final to take, and a binder to assemble before tomorrow. My back was hurting badly enough that the only way I could get comfy was to lay on the couch... but by doing so I would inevitably fall asleep.
There was only one solution... and it involved hot water and frozen ice cream. (As well as the "Hans Zimmer (composer)" station on Pandora... and yes, I hauled the speakers into the bathroom so I could shave to epic music. Who doesn't do that?)
I'm sitting on the couch writing this and my legs feel awesome in my pajama pants. I can't wait to put jeans on tomorrow. Have you ever cheater-shaved (you know... just to the knee where your skirts hit) for a month? (Or longer?) I felt horrible. My legs felt horrible. So I shaved it all off! Bahahaha!
I'm going to try and be good and get at least one assignment done before delving into ice cream. Peanut butter cup! SO good. I could care less that I haven't done an assignment for Family Foundations. I don't care that there's a mound of dirty dishes in my kitchen. Or that the trash cans are overloaded. I have shaved legs and ice cream, and Pandora- what else matters right now? Woohoo!!
PS- I played a harp today. Those things are incredible. Did you know that they tune them in Cb??

Dad's Birthday!! And the Nerd Blog
Happy birthday to Daddy!!
Nothing really exciting is happening on my end of the US. I'm just trying to get through homework without going crazy! If you're bored, I wouldn't mind it if you went over to my nerd blog and read the two most recent posts. That's something interesting at least, plus you get to read three paragraphs of my prologue! I've been working on it in science class (because if I don't do something else during that class while taking notes then I fall asleep) and it's taking FOREVER but I'm super excited that I'm at least working on it! If you didn't know, I scrapped the last edition of it (I was starting on chapter six... it was a sad day) and am starting over. Hopefully this is the right one!
I'm excited for Conference this weekend! And I'm SUPER EXCITED for Mom and Caite to come up and visit! Wooohoooo!!!

Of Tux Shopping and Boredom
Alright... I went tux shopping with Sam and his mother, Lori, yesterday. I couldn't think of a more unhelpful person than he was. He kept complaining about how he couldn't tell ye differences between the tuxes, and then kept staying how much he really wanted orange everything, and even found a bright orange tux. I shuddered. It was hideous! But it was all fun in the end, found out what Sam's real height was (6'1" by the way) and ended up picking several shades of grays so that they'll match whichever dress I choose in less than two weeks! My goodness, how the time flies, for sure!
I do apologize for my lack of writing letters back to my darling sisters.... I just never know what to write and then end up sending just some random note filled with nonsense. I am sorry.
I will be in San Antonio in three weeks.... And Utah in less than two. I'm so excited, it's pouring out of me! Ah! But I suppose it's going to be all fun and games until I throw up at Six Flags in front of the whole band... I'll never live that one down! I'm not too excited to gain a drawl either!

What on earth do you come up with when it asks for a title?
Alright. I've never blogged before so this is kind of weird, not going to lie. Turns out I CAN do it from my phone so that's pretty cool! I'll try to stay updated as much as possible.
Honestly I have no clue what to write. This is kind of like me writing letters, it doesn't happen so often because I am so uncreative when it comes to this.
But alright I suppose. I'm starting to get ready for prom, and we're going to go tux shopping this afternoon. We being Sam, his mom, and I. Then, in a couple weeks I get to see my beautiful seesters down in Utah/Idaho when I go shopping for a prom dress. Before I can go down there, though, I have two days of D-Step testing, a research paper due, and a huge physics test to take based on six chapters or so. Turns out I don't just get 5 days of spring break (April 6-10) but I am also leaving on the 10th for San Antonio where I'll be for a week. Excited? YES. I'm so boring because I don't have anything else to write.... Hopefully I will soon, I suppose.
